  • 8 ears of sweet corn, kernels cut off the cob
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ milk
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, in small cubes

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix all ingredients except butter in a bowl. Pour into a greased 1 quart baking dish and drop cubes of butter throughout. Bake until golden brown on top and creamy inside, approximately 1 hour.
