Ingredients: 
  • 1 pint of ground cherries, each one halved
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ¼ jalapeno, diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • Small squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 30 minutes to allow the flavours mingle. Serve as you would any other salsa.
