Ingredients: 
  • 1lb ground bison
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, mined
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme (or ½ tablespoon fresh thyme)
Preparation: 

Combine ingredients and form into patties. Grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side. Serve on a bun with the all the fixings!
