Ingredients: 
  • 2 bunches of fresh radishes, washed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ cup crumbled or grated old cheddar cheese
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Arugula (optional)
Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients and enjoy.
