Serves 4 (as a side)
  • 1 large head of broccoli cut into bite size florets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, mined
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375F. Place broccoli in an medium bowl. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, vinegar, garlic and chili flakes. Pour the oil mixture over the broccoli, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix to coat. Place broccoli on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness.
