Ingredients: 
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation: 

Pour vinegar into a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Great additions to this vinaigrette include; ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon of honey, half garlic clove mined or fresh chopped herbs.
