Serves 4 (as a side)
Ingredients: 
  • 1 lbs (500g) Asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Preparation: 

Preheat grill or Barbeque. Wash asparagus and remove woody ends. Brush asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill asparagus for 10 – 15 minutes until tender brushing with olive oil once more just before they’re done. Serve as a side dish. Leftovers can be used in a salad or an omelet the next day.
