Sarah was a stay at home Mother raising her two children while her military husband was deployed frequently over the years. She always had a passion for planting and growing flowers and, of course, a large vegetable garden was always tended wherever her family lived. After her two children left home for university, Sarah wasted no time and planted garlic that fall on her 32 acre farm located near Kingston Mills. Sarah decided to go to the Kingston Public Market the following spring, where she currently has a stall selling maple syrup, fresh organic vegetables, and wild mushrooms.

Originally from South Korea, Sarah realized that the Korean traditional salad called Kimchi and special black garlic were being recognized around the world. Sarah brings a variety of foods to the Market, including Kimchi and black garlic. Despite endless hours of working in the field to grow a variety of vegetables, Sarah most of all loves the moment when she delivers freshly picked farm products with reasonable prices to her customers. As of 2013, Sarah is slowly transitioning to more Asian vegetables and beneficial herbs to bring a larger variety to customers.
